REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
At Cressofts, we provide customized digital services including:
• Web Development
• Software Development
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Digital Marketing
• Graphic Design
2. Project Advance Payment (25%)
• A 25% advance payment is required before any project begins.
• This advance covers consultation, research, planning, and resource allocation.
• The 25% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.
If the client cancels the project before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or transaction fees.
3. Milestone & Final Payments
• Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Once the final project is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by client inaction, lack of communication, or failure to provide required materials.
4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
• SEO and marketing services are effort-based services and results (such as rankings, traffic, or sales) cannot be guaranteed.
• Payments for SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable once the service period has started.
• Monthly services (if applicable) can be canceled before the next billing cycle.
5. Graphic Design Services
• Once initial concepts or drafts have been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued after final files are delivered.
6. Subscription or Recurring Services (If Applicable)
• Clients may cancel recurring services at any time before the next billing date.
• No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once it has started.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Transaction fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
